Listen man y'all gotta relax about people putting gay scenes in shows that involve black people

Homosexuality in the black community didn't just pop up. There were gay people during Jim Crow as well. Y'all letting a less than 5 sec scene be the talk of the first episode. Let that shit go.

Again for me...it was the unnecessary randomness. Like an unnecessary random sex scene wit a man & woman.

Don't just throw something in there just to do it. People can see thru that. That was my only gripe.

maybe that character was based on someone irl who was gay and was known for dipping out in the alley to get some trim from a member of the same sex

The house burned down just like the original house because the original leader of the cult tried to do the exact same shit aka opening the portal. History repeated itself a bit with that. Lol. Atticus seen his great great great great grandmother (who was the only survivor from the original fire) and she lead him out of the house the same way she took many years ago.

They literally told that story while they were in the woods to set up that ending scene. Lmao
 
Dope show....it's taking me a min to pick up but after watching The Chi have a shitty season I'm glad to give this a shot and see where Jordan takes this....
