Are you implying someone’s momma didn’t teach them better than that?

You only have that for as long as your business is open. Should you piss off enough people, your business will fail and you no longer have that. It's prejudice at best because people don't have to patronize your establishment.

Institutionalized racism transcends that. It's there until the laws change, and they'll never change in a way to truly benefit anyone other than whites unless we could install an all Black or all minority government... Which, because the overwhelming majority of this country is white, will never happen. The only way to get out from under it at this moment is to leave the country.
 
Racism example= Jim Crow Laws, the power to control a race in its entirety, the upward movement, finances, food, transportation, living conditions and locations, education, etc

If an example can be provided where blacks did that and I'm talking Africa onward please post it
