Netflix jeen-yuhs: A Kanye Trilogy

That was random af. Watching Ye on that "The Bounce" track was cool. I remember really liking that song and thinkin. Homey don't sound that bad. He might be able to pull this rap thing off.

I had that track on a very recent playlist even before this doc dropped... Watching the making of it was dope ...

Yeah.. a lot of College Dropout joints too been burned of late

lol Kanye don’t give a fuck about coodie in this lmao

coodie on some dickriding shit though

25 years old following a 18 year old Kanye calling him big bro

Man I watched Act 1 & 2 last weekend, what a crazy documentary, following a local act in a documentary, that as you carrying on filming goes on to become a billionaire megastar... Pure gold dust...

The documentary also shows that you need to make your own 'luck' and that you need to grind, like no one is gonna give you sh!t... Even though Kanye was signed to The ROC he had to pay for his video and beg, steal and borrow studio time to make one of the GOAT albums... You can also see who was REALLY rocking and believing in him from day one too...

Also, 'Family Business' has always been the (or atleast top3) of my favourite Kanye tunes of all time, I often play that track now, so its mad that Face was nearly on it... It was dope hearing Kanye spit verses to people with different lyrics too...

How wholesome and wise was Donda too??? Man when shes talking to Kanye it almost brings a tear to your eye knowing that she passed... That line like 'a giant looks in the mirror and sees nothing' sheeeaaash...

Reminded me how cool and dope Kanye was, I just didnt rock with his music after 'Graduation'...

Man a lot of emotional points in this doc. A lot of clarity brought too.

I can see how him losing his mom sent him in a years long spiral. It really showed how important she was when he went back to see her early on and got grounded. After that visit Coodie said Kanye was more motivated than ever. And how can you not want to make a mom like that proud. After she’s gone, who are you trying to make proud? Who is your motivation and grounding factor?

I’ve been hopeful Kanye stays on this spiritual path but I can tell this divorce is hitting him hard. It’s almost like every time he finds some balance and purpose something happens to knock him off track. The devil is real man.

That was real shit he was saying regarding speaking out on abortion. I never watched the press conference or whatever that was but knowing what he was talking about now, this smiley should be retired.

:kanyecry:

Dude was having an emotional, heartbreaking moment and he becomes a meme for it, smh. People want to celebrate mental health awareness but at the same time clown a black man that’s going through it in real time.
