Check the Megan's law list for your area. Last time I lived in an apartment I didn't check until it was too late. Found out a friend of mine from the neighborhood was a registered sex offender. Even if you don't have kids now, you might, and you gotta be aware of who's around.

wood floors r everything. carpets r good if u have kids n u dont want em injured, but carpets r dirty n just ugh

wood is fine af. tile too.

Carpet is ok but after a some years they get dingy if you don't keep them up. I'm about to drop a few gs on replacing my upstairs carpet.

naw. decorating is an easy fix. u buggin

depends...unless you are going in with the intention of making it a project, then your goal is negotiate a prices thats lower than market value, but if you trying to move in and just put furniture in, then undoing someone elses tacky tastes can be time consuming and a drain on your wallet
