Free will. What is it and does it really exist?

Man it just mean you have freedom to choose. You can play chess and illustrate how free will works. Every player makes their own choice in the pieces they move.

Do you choose to be hungry or do you choose to eat?
Do you choose to get a headache or take something for it.

The question...about free will is who's really in control. You or your body.

Your conciousness is based off memories.
But your body tells you what you need.

Your body chooses when it's time to die sans outside involvement.
But you can't will death or health.
