Exactly. I’m not understanding is why if it’s subjective how is that a bad thing? That’s how life is some people do what others can’t.

Honestly it’s been more white dudes accused of this shit then anybody but you keep saying it’s mostly black men idk why you keep doing that. And their is a standard the things you say to people you know aren’t the same for strangers. Interactions don’t work like that all the time

I honestly don't think that is a logical way to look at this situation. But on that accord I can understand 100% where you are trying to come from with your comments.

Unfortunately things like this is a subjective manner because you cannot and should not govern how people feel about situations. You can however forge a code of conduct policy that your employee's and customers must adhere to in order to be employed or use your product. That still can't legally cover every variable that may arise when dealing with people though.

If a person does verbally convey to you their thoughts on something and you disregard it or don't ask for clarification ( barring language or physical disabilities) then you should be held liable. It seems more and more these days people don't want to be held accountable for their actions and don't believe there could be repercussions for their actions. In this country you are free to do a lot of things but you also have to realize with that freedom comes a lot of responsibility.
