the film wasn’t great but it wasn’t bad either. Ppl under estimating the fact that Gunn announcing a new universe and a new slate of films and characters was the big blow as to why the film wasn’t successful. Ain’t no word of mouth gon propel a movie to higher heights when the audience already knows going into it, ultimately the movie and none of the stakes mean shit. It’s a glorified one off and this is without even bringing the whole Erza shit into the mix
