Welcome To aBlackWeb

A $250,000 per seat Titanic tourist submarine has imploded

it’s hilarious on which billionaires y’all choose to have jokes for

Kobe was damn near one and not one joke was made

That’s just my view on how y’all treat these things lololololol

You admitted you're a hypocrite yourself when it comes to joking about death. This is a dumbass comparison. Kobe and those people died on their way to a basketball game and they weren't in a shitty helicopter that one of the pilots cut safety measures on to fly. This sub has numerous failures and an owner who openly bragged about subverting safety measures. Not comparable at all

Add to the fact that they were really just chasing clout

Then the question is, what was it they heard knocking on the seabed??Spooky

Takes a certain level of madman for humankind to progress remember, the Wright brothers were called jackasses and dumb ass’s too
But this doesnt apply to this. It would more apply to Gabe Newell, co-owner of STEAM.

He spent 4 years building a sub capable of going to the bottom of the ocean, anywhere on earth. They built it and pressure tested it so that its rated to handle depths deeper than our oceans even go. So far its been to the bottom of all of the deepest oceans in the world, with no problems. It only seats 2 tho. It was built for exploration, not for tourists.

They'e using it for science and to map the ocean floor.

An indepth story is here.

Here's a mini doc on how it was made.

Heres a couple videos of them going down to the bottom.

This sub was designed to be simple as possible with a ton of safety systems. You gotta be thorough with stuff like this if you're gunna risk your life.

I love most of y'all...I really do

With that being said, these memes ain't it

The dude piloting is named Victor Vescovo. That mfer done been everywhere. He's been to the bottom of every ocean and the top of every continent's highest mountain. On top of that, he's been to both the north and south poles. Dude even went on a sub-orbital trip on Blue Origin's rocket.
