2022 NBA Draft Thread

@Gray Matter I see you in these draft threads alot. Who do you think the Raptors are taking hard looks at?

I think they are taking a hard look at Ismael Kamagate, a C who realistically could be available when they pick, and should draft him if he's a available. A center should be the priority, in my opinion. They are probably looking for a guard too. Maybe Andrew Nembhard. They might be out on Flynn. What do you think about that?

I can't see it with Portland. The Raptors assistant gm laughed at the OG rumors and said that was bullshit. He said even though they don't have a high pick it was still important to meet with lottery players to see what they're about let them know the Raptors are watching them and their development, build relationships for down the line cause you never know what can happen and who becomes available in trades or free agency. They did the same thing with precious achiuwa and a yr later he was a Raptor.

Fred stated he's all in and will take a step back in the pecking order to make things work with Pascal and Scottie doing more ball handling and him playing more off the ball.

That leaves Trent and Portland would have to be retarded to trade the 7th pick for him when they already had him for free.

According to this site, they haven't worked out any potential lottery picks.

I like both guys at 33. We'll see what happens.

It definitely might be time to move on from Flynn. He can't control the offense and isn't a good enough/consistent shooter to play off the ball.

I like izaiah Brockington at that pick as well.

Knowing the Raptors it will be someone no one is even thinking about and they'll hit lol.

Even though I don’t agree with a decent amount I respect you putting together the whole draft

Also remember the 57th and I think 58th picks won’t be made because they were forfeited and Harrison Ingram went back to school

Thanks. And I remember that.

Didn't know about Ingram. Probably a good move for him. Elite passer, but the rest of his game is undeveloped. Will update the board.

What round is he projected to go in? Seems like he has a smooth game. Lord knows we need wing scoring badly
Lol no no…you misunderstand….Patrick Baldwin is a terrible prospect lol

with luck you can sign him to your summer league roster after the draft or buy the 43rd pick to get him

What’s a worse trade?

the wolves trading cam Johnson for Jarrett culver

or the Sixers trading mikal bridges for Zhaire smith?
