Then they have to become accustomed to the ways of a country they didn't grow up in, all while being marginalized by arrogant Americans that feel they can't be intelligent because they weren't born in America.

To endure all that and have a job, or even join the public services in some cases. They've done more to get in the country and for the country than you will ever do or be willing to do.
