Like not to judge our people but then niggas ain’t even wear suits. At least pretend to be legit. I’d be mad asf if I blew over $500 on this shit.
 
He can claim to be a victim all he wants but I’m not sure how he will truly worm him self out this mess🤷🏾‍♂️
Because Envy said multiple times they were partners and they both were making money from it for YEARS

But even if he escaped criminal charges he still could be sued and hold liable for using his platform and his job to promote the guy

He doesn’t get out this unscathed

Either way, if not from a legal standpoint then definitely from a moral one, envy guilty as hell.

Look at all them promo videos, who's doing all the talking? Who's promoting the alleged scam?
The scam can't get this big in amount, without the envy cosign. The scam can't catch so many people into being duped, again without envy opening doors to go onto breakfast club, drink champs etc.

Also if my man is claiming he's a victim, at what point did he come to that realisation and at what point did he stop the promoting of the supposed ponzi scheme? He knew shit was dirty, but he kept in the game hoping another sucker take the L probably to recoup his own losses, that's foul.

And by the way for avoidance of doubt, Investing is not without risk, so just because someone lost money don't mean that they necessarily got fleeced. You may have bought at the wrong time, the due diligence wasn't thorough, market dynamics volatility e.g. Russia invaded Ukraine and cause a global crisis, covid etc.

But everything that these jokers were doing sound fraudulent.

There s a few ppl who asked Envy on the low if they should invest w Caesar and Envy told them hell no u ain’t getting ur bread back

This is according to Tony the Closer…. Supposedly the Omi in the HellCat dude asked Envy if he should invest and Envy told him fuck no

Basically Envy was letting his friends know that this wasn’t a good investment while letting others get raped
