SOME ABW Men apparently diss black women: thread about passport bros again

I don't think I jousted with her that much. I might be getting her mixed up with someone else, but I do remember one chick whose arguments were always illogical and inconsistent, and I didn't really feel like there was much point in engaging with her.

Y'all used to go on titangraph exchanges that lasted for pages at a time.

She was the feminist chick who always talked about benevolent sexism and living in a patriarchal society.

You talking about it from one side don’t act like you don’t know about the divestor movement they worst then white supremacist calling black men bullet bags and shit. Go on twitter you will find ample amount of tweets of BW bashing black men it’s hard to not see this just a reaction to that.

I didn't condone that in my post. I am not familiar with that group. It's absolutely fair to post all views. That's the good thing about healthy debate. We all get new information from perspectives we never had. You can post and share views and try to understand the new information. ...but that's not what's happening.

Do you think it's justified for black women and black men to bash the other and claim the entire group is a certain way or difficult to be with in a relationship with?

I don't think that black women on average are difficult to deal with, and I do think that the actions of some black men are a big part of the reason why some black women are difficult to deal with. So anyone acting like black men are innocent is being disingenuous.

The problem I have observed with a significant number of black women is they, like all women, are the gate keepers. They more or less choose the dudes they want to deal with, but they never never take accountability for the results of those choices. Like I read a study that was conducted on dating app data that found that like 80% of the women on the apps are only receptive to like 20% of the dudes on the apps. Assuming, it's a similar breakdown for dating in general, that would explain a lot.

I don’t think it’s justified but it’s reality and that divestor shit is deep go look into that shit and I bet you would be responding different.

80/20 rule.

First heard about it a few years ago.

Basically means what you said, which is that 80% of women are only focused on 20% of the men.

From what I'm hearing now though, is that it's closer to 95/5.......or 99/1.

The landscape of yalls community is not filled with these women yall describing.

Where are you meeting women? Whatever interaction your having is due to the company you keep.

The women with traits and experiences your looking for exist.

As a corporate black woman myself.....there were black business men that I connected with no problems. And my negative experiences weren't because of the person being a black man. It was me.

Nothing wrong with throwing shots when other people throw shots at you.

Problem is, if those shots aren't personal...........there's no need to get personal with them just because you disagree with what they're saying.

A shot is personal? That’s why it’s a shot? This is real funny style I see.

Are you single? And where do you meet the dudes that you wind up dealing with?

I ask because I've got single associates that think like some of these dudes (i.e., black women are too difficult). They are pretty much lost causes that went through some shit with black American women and would rather just bail. I also have some single associates that believe there are good black women out there, but they believe those women are hard to find. Those dudes aren't lost causes, but they are discouraged.

Lol y’all gonna cap like most BW ain’t ghetto twerking on live partying single moms drinking Casamigos all day for god sake there’s big threads in here. I’m talking about American black women do the city girl shit you can go out in any city and find em. I won’t saying it’s all BW but it’s definitely Majority of em. (MF DONT LIKE HEARING THE TRUTH THO)

None of us got numbers on this shit, but no I do not believe the majority of BW are like that. There is a such thing as a loud minority. What you're saying is no different than the black women that claim all black men are drug dealing and abusive cheaters.

Work and mutual friends. Also I am a social person and like to connect with people doing the things I like. I joined a black hiking club here in Atlanta. Hella black woman and men and I know this person has a trait I am looking for.

I build relationships with people and get to know them through something we have in common.

I live in Atlanta, I know what type of men go to what type of places. I go to cigar lounges, pool halls and I feel comfortable.

My friends have cone through too, especially my married ones.

I tried the online dating thing ...that was a no lol

It’s alot of black men that are that go ride through the hood (Edit) of black ppl are born into poverty but my point is how they pretend that it’s just a BM problem when reality it’s a systemic problem. That’s why the divestor movement is a thing they think getting a white men will fix it

A black hiking club in ATL? lol I never knew such a thing existed. I don't know if you've ever been to Hawaii, but the hiking was one of my favorite parts of my trip there.

I'll say the dudes I know ain't nearly as proactive as you though. I don't know how true that is for most guys, but them dudes want to be able to just go to a lounge or bar, meet a chick, and build from there and since they don't know many women of the type they are looking for, they don't have any ins on where to find those women. I feel their pain, but I never know what to tell them.
