I can respect this stance.

I'm not sure what I'd do. If it was just that video of my friend saying the N word, I might speak up just because I think that video is dishonest. Using examples of someone saying the N word during a conversation about the N word is stupid.

That said, Rogan been stepping over that line in more cases than just that video, so if he was my friend, I think I'd probably take your route.

I don't know if Joe is a racist. I do know he seems be content with doing things he knows people will find disrespectful and offensive, and that's not a good way to be either.

it’s been past jokes for a while now.. earlier this month or late last month.. He was questioning a black man‘sskin tone/race w/ a racist another racist guest(Peterson).. He has platformed countless racist people and allowed them to push their agenda like Douglas Murray (the blacks folks are genetically inferior guy) or Jordan Peterson with no pushback just continuing his “I’m just asking questions bullshit“ rountine.. but your talking about bad jokes and shit.. It’s crystal clear he has an agenda that he’s trying to slyly push on his platform to his audience.. And if you don’t see it then you just don’t see.. but it’s there clear as day.. Since he’s gone away from just mainly talking about drugs and comedic shit.. He’s trying to serve a certain audience.. And it’s working all you had to do is look a social media and look at the folks who were most passionately defending him and excusing away his blatant racism.. it was the usual suspects.. Who always defend racism and deny that there isn’t any racism and if there is any racism the white man is the true victim of it types.. So what Rogan‘s doing is working…

We do a lot of speculating on here and make assumptions about what a person is saying. It happens to me a lot. And I'm always wondering 'Dawg where did you even get that from? Why not just ask me why I feel how I feel, instead of making something up?'.

So rather than making assumptions, I wanna just ask the man.

Because everybody in here who feels like Joe Rogan is a racist has provided very legitimate, obvious, irrefutable acts as the reasons we feel like he's a racist. I have yet to see @Marc123, etc, mention why they feel like he's NOT a racist.

That's the information I'm interested in.

Cuz i have seen him have convos w blk ppl, talk "black" issues etc and yes i kno he could do all that n still be racist.

Jus based on several convos n seen him interact w blk ppl i jus give him the benefit of the doubt.

he might not be consciously racist,but he's a white man in America

And also I feel like the further right his fanbase went the more he fed into them.

Looking at his actions, has he DONE something racist? Maybe he has, I’d like to know too

I know he promotes young comedians including black ones on his platform

He glowingly promotes black comedy icons and black fighters

Has an adopted half black daughter

Haven’t seen a single black person he knows not vouch for him

And he talks a lot about how you can’t shape effective public policy if you ignore and don’t try offset the impact of systemic racism

Idk man, like I said I’d be glad to be proven wrong, he clearly has some underlying ideological shit that needs to be straightened out tho re us having different brains
