Welcome To aBlackWeb

Obama explains what he did for black people

Obama couldn’t do anything specifically for black people.

That’s not in his job description.

If y’all still don’t understand, then I give up.

Presidential executive orders and signed legislation have been passed all throughout US history to certain groups.
So what's this job description you saw that says a president can't do anything for black people?

do some y’all really think that white supremacy differ from a black ancestor that was a slave and one that came after?

Because I can guarantee your experiences is no different from someone that came here let’s just say 3-4 generations ago

bruh to them it ain’t even about racism they feel like other groups want some of our reparations despite nobody ever saying that.

It's weird how outspoken some black people on this site are against the first and only black president that also happened to be a pretty decent president all things considered.

Like... why don't you become the second black president and do something better? Good luck running on the "fuck everybody it's reparations or you can eat a dick and nothing else matters" platform.

I'm gonna chalk this shit up to shit you see here but don't ever see in real life like Big Krit fans.

lmao no need for Krit to catch a stray fam... lol that was just uncalled for

SMH.

See, this is the part y’all are missing.

”CERTAIN GROUPS“ DOES NOT INCLUDE BLACK PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why is that so hard for you to grasp?

This country apologized and gave financial compensation to surviving Japanese Americans who were put into internment camps during World War 2.

This country will NEVER apologize or give ANY form of financial compensation for black Americans who built this country as slaves!

When y’all talk about “Well, president so & so passed a bill to help Indian immigrants, blah, blah, blah....”

THAT’S MY FUCKING POINT!!!!!!!!!!!

Indian immigrants ain’t BLACK!

The president of the United States of America is not supposed to do anything for BLACK PEOPLE!!!!!!

That is not in their job description.

Don’t tell me about all the things they do for “other minorities” and “people of color”!

Now, after this titangraph, if you STILL don’t get where I’m coming from, then you are truly hopeless!

And I bid you a fond farewell.

The old "there's nothing you can do" excuse.

Well, you're partly right.
I don't know how to grasp accepting life in the US as a discriminated demographic.
Fortunately for all of us, enough of our ancestors couldn't grasp that as well.
I hope that black people today do the same for the generations after us.

He on that high tides raise all ships shit, but in reality he did noting specifically for us.

Besides dropping down the black unemployment rate in U.S.A. , enacting ambitional inspiration to billions of black folks around the globe and having some pretty good musical tastes, he pretty much means a balance of pros and shit for the African American community and bootloads of utter shit for the remainder of the worldwide black community.

He attempted to enforce discriminatory laws against any working class black Americans fashioned in "ethnic" hairstyle in civilian workplaces and military basements alike (imagine yourself getting fired from your job or risking from being ousted with dishonorable charges by tge army because you're making grow your nappy hair or gets dreadlocks when in the meantime your POTUS blindfolds himself about the increasing numbers of military units dispatched abroad who are beating morbid obesity country since 9/11) ; promulgated first a federally warranted campaign against both Antifa, militant black and Panafrican movements before that racist Trump officializes it ; enforced negative stereotypes against black fathers while in he meantime Kamala Harris was sending them rotting in jail by thousands over minor offences and even oftentimes mere allegations and pretty did little to nothing to make the social condition of the African American community outside of the Black bourgeoisie or the employment factor any better both sociopolitically and legally speaking when every single POTUS in History did empowered their respective communities. He also profoundly spited any local black celebrity better popular and charismatic than his would-be people's Messiah figure persona (e.g. Michael Jackson) ...

And don't let me start about Haiti, Africa and the Near East. N****a was droning black and brown civilians by thousands and attemptively led a shadow war against Africa's re-fledgling economy by unleashing havoc on the Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Niger, Mali, Congo, Somalia and Lybia (even if Gaddafi wasn't any better) . N****a reportedly got into a verbal fight with his wife in the White House and channeling his frustration by ordering droning attacks in Asia and Africa. He nuked Bin Laden and dozens of civilians over a fucking marital argument and backhanded the hell out of Creepy Joe like a pimp over his whore when this latter one called him out about his bloodthirsty tendencies.

Obama is like any POTUS that has come before his days and will follow his steps long after his departure: a power-hungry, duplicitious high-functional sociopath (nah... Trump is rather a low IQ sociopath. He can't discipline himself more than anyone when high-functional sociopaths, narcopaths and psychopaths does it better) . The color of his skin does change nothing.

Legalising drugs is easy it's the healthcare aspect that's hard. The United States doesn't have a free health services so I don't see how it will be beneficial to people.

Portugal is a country that has legalised drugs it has a health first approach.

They have safe usage centres where drugs are provided to them or they go to the streets and help people by providing safe needles and syringes hazardous bins

Before you see a judge In Portugal you see go to a panel of medics social workers and lawyer and the government puts a lot of money into rehab centres.

We know the states isn't going to do that so how would it look there?

Ok I know he used drones but when did he use drones because of an argument

A paycheck, or whatever form it takes, alone is not enough.
It's not a one-size-fits-all, but it would be a great start.
Still, there are and will be other issues of anti-black injustice that will also need to be addressed.
If the solution requires official enforcement or new legislation, that's when public officials need to do more.

A key thing with reparations is not allowing it to be a payment to treat us the same, or worst, afterward.

QFT. My personal opinion with this whole 'reparations' thing is this: after we get paid, then what? That's like taking a settlement to no longer talk about the grievances black people have for slavery. When and where does it end?

Anyway, a poster earlier said a lot of people don't understand the U.S. political system and are projecting all their ills against white people/U.S. history on Obama. That is unfair to him.

Legalized and decriminalized aren't the same thing. If those drugs are decriminalized, it just means people won't go to jail for having them. You can still be sent to a facility to get help with drug addiction.

At the end of the day, sending people to jail for being addicted is the wrong thing. We need to be finding out why people turn to drugs and solve those problems. That's what they've done in other countries.

You gotta read up on the history criminalizing drugs. It's messed up. For example, drugs weren't illegal in Mexico and they had a better system than the U.S. The U.S. forced Mexico to do it to maintain trade ties. So Mexico did it. Then the U.S. trained a bunch of Mexicans to fight so they could act as enforcers that kept the drugs from moving to South America to the U.S. What happened instead is the people this nation trained went back to Mexico and became the cartels that took over the drug trade.

You think it is wise or safe to decriminalize drugs like cocaine? Can you explain how the U.S. would be better in going that route?
