Watching a lawyer talk about Gunna. His paperwork will be unsealed, once the case is over. Lawyer and ALCU feel his rights were violated because Gunna had to flimsiest charges and they stuck him with everything because it. Lawyer thinks the plea is just to get everyone in the DA a win on record for their careers no snitching required.

Yes it is. A major part of Thug's defense is that YSL isn't a gang.That is what makes it a RICO.
Gunna admitted that he had knowledge that YSL was a gang and people committed crimes for the gang.
He also can be made to testify.

They got other gang members making statements too.
The person who started YSL already copped a plea and part of it is that he has to testify if called. This, along with years of other evidence, is why the pipe dream of YSL not being seen as a gang is dumb as hell

He didn't just snitch on himself
He admitted that they are a gang and that he knew ppl committed crime for the gang . That's snitching on other ppl
He also might go to court and testify to what he said and who he's talking about.
The bottom line is that he would have had to tell a bold-faced lie and let the chips fall as they may.

Gunna is already a documented gang member. So he admitted to what they already knew. This isn't new information. Niggas have already copped a plea and/or been convicted of crimes related to YSL and the nigga who started YSL already said they're a gang. Snitching is directly naming people who were involved in crimes you took part in. Saying "I'm a gang member and gang member did crime" isn't snitching. There's no details in that other than what's already been established by other people's pleas and convictions and the 6 year long investigation.
