C... None of the aboveSo who would be better?
Someone like Umar who will only date in his race, promise to do big things for the community, take money from the community, and produce a whole lot of nothing.
or
Someone who is open to dating outside of his race but actually contributes tangibly to the community and follows through with what he promises.
C... None of the above
You don't have to look at your watch when it comes to these topics with me. You already know what time it is.Lol So, you'd reject someone who is actually doing something substantive for the community just because they aren't dating someone you approve of?
Ya'll are weird, but it's whatever. At this point, the community can't be helped.
Sounds even crazier when typed out.Lol So, you'd reject someone who is actually doing something substantive for the community just because they aren't dating someone you approve of?
They got us fighting eachother over bullshitLol So, you'd reject someone who is actually doing something substantive for the community just because they aren't dating someone you approve of?

I'm not fighting anyone. Niggas don't need my approval to date who they want to date as none of them ask for my approval when they doThey got us fighting eachother over bullshit
It really can't be helped.
GG.
I'm not speaking to you directly brother. Just us in general. This shit shouldn't be a trending topic.I'm not fighting anyone. Niggas don't need my approval to date who they want to date as none of them ask for my approval when they do
I can still feel the way I feel on this particular subject and keep it respectful/moving.
I understand your larger point but I also think it has some meritI'm not speaking to you directly brother. Just us in general. This shit shouldn't be a trending topic.
If y'all wanna date non black women, no one is stopping you
Brother, I've held this position well before I even knew who a Dr Umar was.I'm married to a black woman, bruh. What we want to do is irrelevant. You'd prioritize bullshit over actually helping the community prosper. That's illogical but not surprising. The fact that people are even listening to a grifter like Umar says all you need to know about the community as a whole.
I just saw it
Brother, I've held this position well before I even knew who a Dr Umar was.
I do find a level of contradiction from people who claim to be pro black but their partner/mate is not black or more specifically, their partner is white.
HmmmI don't disagree with you there. I just don't understand how you could reject someone who actually is doing good for the community just because they are with someone who doesn't meet your standards for a mate. That doesn't make sense to me.
We can agree to disagree though.
Hmmm
I guess the simplest way to rationalize this for me is, as my doctor, don't tell me to stop smoking while you're lighting up a pack in between patient visits.
You are going such a good work for your community that your mate of choice doesn't even look like you. You made a choice to help your community and you made a choice in your mate. Therein lies the contradiction.
But I appreciate the respectful dialogue even if we are on opposite ends of this particular subject
Good pointBy that analogy, you'd have to be of the opinion that dealing with white people is inherently harmful for the community. If you feel that way, then I better understand your stance as a whole.
I just don't like thinking terms of groups. I focus more on individuals, so while I acknowledge trusting white people in general is dangerous, I'm not going to treat all white people like they are the enemy.
