You can have your baby induced and still risk the chance of going into labor before the date you're supposed to be induced.

He had taken the week off that she was due to have the baby induced but she’s having an emergency c section.

we've always induced and done c-sections.....knew the exact dates well ahead of time

yeah.....emergency is different....he's just gotta make a choice but I cant say the employer is dead wrong

Well he’s off on a boat. I highly doubt they gon bring him in. She’s all sad and I’m all tryna be super woman and shit but at the same time, I don’t want that man to lose his job because he is the one bringing home the paper.

yeah thats just a bad break....if he was working inland he would actually have the option to leave, but this looks like its already settled

his hands are tied.....I'd send family in my place and get there as soon as I could

His mom will be there. If she not already up there. They both mad. She crying. I heard him on the other phone cursing.

I think it’s just a bad situation and there’s nothing they can do. Shit might fuck with him though because he loves kids and he was so into this pregnancy.

I think the kid will be cool when they tell the story about daddy being out on the water working when the emergency hit

Tricky situation

On one hand you dont wanna lose a well paying job.

Other hand you lose the memory of watching your first child be born.

I probably would have stayed and seen the birth but I can't fault him either way.

One of my ex-coworkers...wasn't "allowed" to leave after she got called that her child was rushed to the ER. This hefa actually stayed at work b/c or ex-supervisor threaten that she would get written up.

what good is that gonna do when you get swept up in a current and all ya child got to know you by is pictures?
