It gets even trickier than the Bolded.

Some Years back, a Law was passed about Sexting Minors, but it wasn't exclusive to just Adults. If you're 14 and sexting Photos of a Girl the same Age as you or a Year older/younger, you can get in trouble for possessing/distributing Child Pornography. There has been a few documented cases where this has happened.

I heard about that a few years back.


If I remember correctly, a young lady got charged with distributing child pornography.........even though she was sending pictures of herself.
 
A picture from the Alexandria vera Instagram that kid was winning especially since his family was cool with it

A little off-topic, but how many of these teachers, their defendant lawyers and their sycophantic apologists of simps did use the "iT's nOt tHe sAmE wHeN dOnE bY wOmEn!" card?
