COMMUNITY Why do you think there are so many commercials with interracial couples/families

The second part of your comment is golden.

lol I haven't personally met any dude that dates white or asian or anything else because they think black women are inferior or not up to par like black women say.

I know one dude that refuses to date black women anymore, and even he didn't say it was because black women aren't as good. His last two experiences were just very bad, so he claims he needs something different. I don't agree with his reason either, but he ain't here saying that there are no black women worthy of him.

Young Berg was calling dark skinned women dark butts, changed his name to hitmaker and has been chilling ever since

Random thought I had... Sorry

I've only read the first part of your comment, so I'll only address that

You don't have to personally meet or know those types guys to have heard or seen the vitriol spewed at Black women to justify why they date out

But you got it babe...this is another one of those topics I refuse to go back and forth about on ABW

What's wild about what monk said is that JUST yesterday I was in the group chat and one of the dudes is a good 10-13 yrs younger than me and he was saying he don't date black girls cause they too close minded.

The group rightfully lit into him but there are dudes that openly admit they don't like black women for ______ reasons

Dig it. Enlighten me.

How do I sound arrogant? I’m open to that possibility. Wouldn’t be the first time honestly. *shrugs*

You seriously couldn’t see it in your response?

You assumed that he doesn’t find the accusation of gays spreading AIDS as offensive.

Your assumption started it. You should’ve ASKED him to clarify if he truly believed that at first.

He stated that their focus on things are misguided. And truthfully, this can be measured objectively. Especially when you live in a city where gays run rampant and have taken over many places (NYC for example)

Think 20 years ago. Did you actually believe we would live in a time where the LGBT community would place a large emphasis on “pronouns” and changing bathrooms? Clearly someone had to put in the effort to make these things known.

There’s a cause and effect to everything…you can’t run or hide from it

That same effort could’ve been done in regards to the AIDS accusation. Yes, there may be “spaces” where we may not know things, I agree with you on that. But if the effort was put in with the same valor as everything else….it would’ve been known or at least brought up more. And if someone is trying to prevent it, then there must either be a gimmick involved in that community or someone is blocking them….either way, the truth in regards to AIDS isn’t being known and that’s what he was implying.

He never said they didn’t find it “offensive”. That comment was just as arrogant as you accusing him of being arrogant.

Oh and you telling me “sit this one out big dawg” is laughable. You would’ve got smacked or at worse stabbed if you said that to my face in real life

I can't admit to some shit that ya'll have experienced. I don't keep up with the dumb shit celebrities say and I'm not on social media at all, so the only thing I really have to go by is people I meet and have conversations with. If ya'll say there are a lot of dudes out there that spew the same shit, I'll take your word for it. They're lame. That's it.

Gotcha. I had already thought you were basing your comments on the bolded. Confirmed.

That wasn't an assumption that I made. I was reacting to him actually saying that gay people don't get mad about the implication made by the commercial. I'm not assuming that he feels like. He told us that that gay people don't get mad about and don't find it offensive.

I would agree with you if I was basing my comments on an assumption, rather than the words a person actually typed.

I think its more about checking the boxes than the actual couples being interracial at the moment.

Get a white person, and a black person. Get a man and a woman. Easiest way to do that is with an interacial couple

It could be that simple.

You're the 2nd or third person to say this in the thread. This is no longer the case

Aight. I’ll be the one to apologize to you.

This thread went in multiple directions so I got lost in the action.

The name Yung Berg was synonymous with L's lol, with getting his transformers chain stolen in Detroit and passed around like a blunt. Getting punched in the face and pistol whipped .

Fuck it, ima say.

That shit pathetic

In commercials they show a lot of LGBT too and if they’re an interracial couple the black man is usually the woman of the relationship, if it’s women the black women are the men of the relationship. There’s something to that.

I think this is a false take. Haven’t seen many commercials with gays in them but the few I seen you can’t tell their roles at all
