i think most of the "best hip hop albums of 98" lists contain all the heavy hitters across the net

are there any albums on it that you would remove to place a Mystikal album in its place?

Mystikal doesnt have a classic LP

I was living in South GA from 96-2000. Mystikal may have been slightly "more cool" at the time there cause No-Limit was the "In" thing but I also lived around a bunch degenerates who couldn't read so take that for what it's worth.

Wasn't really listening to neither that much at that time. But I would say OutKast. Their impact was bigger during that time period. No limit and Mystikal was regional until Master P dropped Ghetto D, then Mystkal kind of took off after '98. They were kind of neck and neck around 2000, 2001 though. But I'm running with OutKast. Elevators (Me & You) was big where I'm from and that was like '95.
