They just let tha little girls off down here in SC when tha girl died after a fight in tha classroom...said she had an aneurism pre existing...still don’t really matter to me..keep ya hands off other people kids and teach ya kids to keep their hands to themselves...little ho cut my son on his eye right before Xmas break wit some scissors...8th grade...unprovoked said she just had a bad day or some dumb shit...my son knows he’s to point her out if we ever in public and my family already know to have tha bail money ready when I catch her out in tha streets wit 1 of her parents...preferably her dad so I can beat his ass...she wit her mom I’m calling my bm and sisters to beat that bitch ass so hopefully she call tha dad so THEN I can beat his ass...

Put’em in a facility that will continue/further their education but fuck getting any “free world comforts” until they finish their education/trade...call it jail or whatever but they need to go somewhere

Fucked up situation but I mean if they let these kids off then the only thing thats doing is sending the wrong message to our youth. A lot of em already have trouble taking accountability for their actions.. You let them off with a light sentence and it'll only happen again somewhere else and we'll be right back here having this discussion. Might as well use this right here as a teachable moment for all youth. Let em know there will be no slaps on the wrist when it comes to shit like this and maybe they'll think twice before taking shit this far in the future.

There is no way they could grasp what they were doing at the time, but they still did it.

Put them in juvenile facilities until they 18, and keep them on a strict probation until they 23.

They fuck up they get charged as an adult for that crime.
 
Your maturity level at 13 is vastly different than it is at 18.

Give them time till they're 18 and then keep them on probation to make sure they're contributing to society as an adult.

I don't think that's a slap on the wrist.

5 years or less depending if they turn 14 this year is a slap on the wrist, would you be cool with this if it was your kid that lost their life. They gotta get at least 10 years, they would still be in their early 20's to still have a life

When you kick and stomp someone in the head, you're trying to do real ass damage if not kill a muhfucka. If the person you just stomped out dies, I say you need the death penalty. That shit was personal, there was rage involved. You actually killed someone with your own body; no gun, knife, or other weapon involved at all. That shit was very much intentional on a level deeper than shootin' someone or even stabbing them up and you need to perish as a result.

Give the lil bitch that stomped her the death penalty, give the other bitch life without parole.

If I was the parent of the victim, I wouldn't give a fuck about right, wrong, fair, Justice, anything. Id want blood and vengance.

The state can't be out for blood and revenge regardless. The state has to be just and fair.

What the parent of the victim wants is never going to be what the state should seek out.

From a state perspective... Keep them in the system until they're adults and give them a chance to prove they can contribute.

But as a parent, id want to kill them myself and deal with the consequences fully okay with what I did

This way you are robbed of your teenaged years just like the girl they killed but then also at 18 they get a 2nd chance but monitored very closely and if they do anything they looking at minimum 10 years

I think that is fair

And this is in addition to the family pressing charges

Hmm you know what? Fuck it 5 years in juvie then 3 years in prison and then 4 years of probation

Can get a fresh new start at 25 if all those years inside didn't destroy them
 
Legally speaking, it would probably be classified as involuntary manslaughter if they didn't intend to kill her.



So the penalty should be whatever the punishment is for teens who are convicted of committing that crime.

Kids not exempt from suffering the consequences, they did a adult crime so they gotta face an adult punishment. Depending when they turned 13 they could be serving less than 4 years in juvie, nah fuck that
