What is a "pickme" and why do women hate them?

Its one on my friend's list that's annoying as hell. She go the comparing method tho. The "why they get picked but not me. I'm good enough" method.
 
Theres mos def chicks out there only saying shit to get points, and they are easy to spot. I dont think the women Soul posted fall into that category.

These "women" are the same ones that got pissed at the idea of a "thick" sex doll.

They were thrown into a month long fit of insecurity cause a fleshlight had a crease in the back of its knees and wore a hoodie.

Only thing that should be getting discussed is memes and jokes about these insecure ass females that get mad at another female for standing next to a slow cooker in biker shorts.
