I started Master of None based on your suggestion. It is okay thus far.
The racial/ethnic-based shit is funny thus far.
The first season has more humor
The second season is a lot of 30 something year old single dudes in similar situations which can be either comical or dark depending on your outlook
The Thanksgiving episode in season two hits on a ton of issues within the African community as it relates to being a woman, being a black woman, and being a black lesbian all rolled into one
Angela Bassett kills her cameo in that episode
I'm going to check out this Hood Adjacent show tonight on Comedy Central.
