Broiled them in the oven. Shucked em with my lil knife and everything. Added Cajun seasoning cheese and butter

Make the breading to a fine dust or close as possible. Dont need much since the shrimp puree will be the binding agent. The bread gives it the crispy outside.

Man, these seafood cakes are fucking good, lol. May dad loved them. A few of my friends did as well. Glad i merged two different recipes. The white chef only had pepper and salt for seasoning. The black woman had more seasoning in her crab cakes.

I grilled for the first time this year. Made some jerk wings and Peruvian wings. Jerk was real good. Probably my best batch. They look over cooked but the internal temp is right on the money.

Only ate 1 of each. The Peruvian wings could use a little more salt but the flavor is there. Im gonna freezes these for an upcoming trip

I remember when my dad bought one boy he was vacuuming everything. Funny as hell cause my parents more so my dad was when you looked in the freezer you'll find greens, beans, corn and whatever else in there. I would go in that deep freezer and grocery shop. And then invite them over to eat what they cooked
