Got this on the grill right now. My first time cooking ribs. These are pork. At what temp would yall say I should begin to wrap the ribs in foil? Im on hour 2 right nowView attachment 514923

Mane I don't even wrap them joints up. I usually put em out there and put em off to the side to let em smoke. And spray em with apple juice to keep em moist

I've had great dates and saved a lot of money on cooking for chicks instead of going out. Just ask em what they favorite dish and cook it for em. Only bad thing is they'll get attached if it's good and then you can't shake em when it's time to move on.
And smashed off the strength that food was good.

Does the meat still come off the bone easily (pause) when you dont wrap it?

I had a apple vinegar and apple juice mix I was spraying it with.

Yea it still does. What i do is put em over the fire 1st and let em cook them after a hour or so I'll move em to the side and stack em and let that smoke get in em and rotate. I also will have other meat on the grill and use this method to maximize space on my grill. It'll be the first thing to go on and the last to come off
