Honey garlic salmon this sauce though

My lady makes a maple garlic salmon that uses maple syrup and garlic in a sauce, among other things. Something about that sweet garlicky combo that just hit different.

Bought a bamboo steamer. Gonna try making pork buns (giggidy) nh. Lol. I never tried to make bread dough before so we will see how it goes. Hell, never even backed a cake before. Probably do it on friday.

Pork buns are either a Chinese or Japanese dish. They are good. You stuff the bread dough with a sweet BBQ pork substance. You really can put any thing in it though. In gonna do pork and try some with chicken. I will use it as well to heat up left overs. The microwave tends to ruin certain foods. This is what it looks like

The bamboo steamer is the best way to cook them because it is harder for it too burn. Metal steamers get too hot. I do have a instant pot to steam stuff but I was concerned the lid would crush the dough.

First time messing with dough. Wasnt a fan of the sauce i made. Gonna try another sauce that I generally make for korean bbq chicken next time. This was a lot of work, lol. Took me maybe 3hrs. Mist the time was for the dough. The other half was just me being careful not to mess anything up.

Got this on the grill right now. My first time cooking ribs. These are pork. At what temp would yall say I should begin to wrap the ribs in foil? Im on hour 2 right now
