How you figure that? If they eliminate a department what do you think happens to the people that work there?

Also, Trump can remove the protections afforded black people under the law so their bosses can come up with bullshit reasons for firing them and there be no recourse. That’s the whole basis of his attacks on DEI. Make it easier to fire blacks, women, gays, Mexicans, Asians, etc. so they can be replaced with white men.

He doesn’t have to personally hand out pink slips

Men like Trump create a culture of where shit like this goes down and is acceptable

Same as a CEO or supervisor on the job can directly or indirectly influence your workplace environment. They can emboldened bullshit by their own behavior

Like how Trump emboldens racist white people to levels of the 1950s

Look around you, and see how all these companies and corporations are suddenly are suddenly getting rid of diversity and equal opportunity programs

This is the affect of putting a divisive racist in power

I don't know how many of you there are to be honest. I think it's an idiotic approach but it's your choice

You had a chance to make your voice heard and ignored it. Now you wanna play "both sides" in the discussion with people that actually voted and didn't like the result. You weren't even part of the result
