COMMUNITY United States Politics Thread: Trump's Second Term

I don't know how many of you there are to be honest. I think it's an idiotic approach but it's your choice

You had a chance to make your voice heard and ignored it. Now you wanna play "both sides" in the discussion with people that actually voted and didn't like the result. You weren't even part of the result

U talking about making my voice heard when the Dems who say "democracy is on the ballot" actively suppress independents and put them through extensive litigation to stifle their campaigning

Not to mention u clowns will say it's a wasted vote anyway and ironically much of the reason ppl give is even if elected the system is set up in a way both parties will work against them anyway once in office

But hey, u voted. Congrats

Was your vote going to be for Stein?

You have 3 options and a write in to vote for

I'm confused about you saying I would have said you wasted your vote. On who? Did you want to vote for trump? I'd have given you shit about that if you were complaining about what's happening. 3rd party? I wouldn't have said you wasted your vote on that

Wanting to be on the fence saying both sides are bad. I'd disagree that Kamala was worse than trump. There's a laundry list of scandals and crooked shit he's been part of. They also blatantly told us the fucked up things they were planning to do. Kamala actually had some plans that I liked. She also had some plans I didn't like

"But Biden was doing such and such and Kamala will be the same"

I don't recall Biden trying to stop an election. Hell he even had a chance but he told everyone ahead of timer he was going to have a peaceful transfer of power to trump. Do you seriously think trump will in 4 years or do you think he'll try to stop it AGAIN?

It's usually the Dems who complain that voting 3rd party is a waste and/or a vote for trump/Republicans.

Add to that the Dems legally fuck 3rd party to suppress their efforts. Are u aware of any of this?

I would place blame on the system as a whole even if Democrats appear to do things to stifle 3rd party candidates

The electoral college, etc...

Blow all this shit up

All I'll say is she was the only one saying most of what I wanted to hear but mfs end up too stuck on how she pronounced Kamala's name
Well

I'ma be honest with you. While it may be trivial to you, I see it as a sign of disrespect if you're constantly having to be reminded how to say a person's name. If she can't say Kamala right, how will she do with the names of foreign leaders?

I will flat out not answer you if you mispronounce my name

Second, from the stuff I saw, when Stein was pressed about things SHE said, she failed at conveying her points well.

Well of course repubs and dems would say voting 3rd party is a waste. They want your vote. Thought that was known

Welp, looks like I might not be flying for a while

Are u aware of what Dems specifically do to suppress 3rd party?
This is a distraction fam

Stein or any other 3rd party didn't win cause their independent. They didn't win cause the current system isn't designed for them to win even if they are by miles the best candidate of the batch
