the burden of proof is on the state, they have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that what they allege is true & there's no other possibilities


all his lawyers have to do is provide evidence that raises doubt, not necessarily prove he didn't do it or point the finger at who may have


& technically they don't have to do anything, cuz the onus is on the state & he's innocent til proven guilty
