Bruh this show is off to a bad start. Idk what to say. I’m assuming she’s taking over as the resident badass without powers in the Arrowverse, but she’s not convincing at all. The lesbian angle is cringeworthy. R.I.P. Fight scenes were wack, her narrating every other scene was annoying too. Maybe things will pick up but so far meh af. 3.5/10
I'm one and done with this shit, I can't take this dyke shit and the constant narration she does and her voice is so damn annoying

Yeah I had to eyeroll on that opening scene when they tried to show how "tough" she is. That chick would've had hypothermia, if not death, swimming in that cold ass water.
The only decent part was in the end when female Joker turned out to be her thought to be dead sister.
That's coming, they already set that up w/ everyone thinking Batman is back.
At least Black Lighting is back on tonight.

OK. So I watched the pilot.
Good lord the cheese is too much. That whole origin is trash. Suddenly Bruce has other family and this chick just finds out he is Batman after how many years? She has no training to fight like Bruce, but she can just put on a suit and run the streets? BS. Very sloppy by the CW.
Bruce not making sure his cousins survived just would not happen. Batman would have removed each of them from the vehicle. How convenient that he was there anyway and then he could not find the bodies? Yet the sister magically survives? LOL.
This shit is do damn stupid and poorly executed. Those emotional scenes were cringe worthy and Gotham looks lame and generic. The actors have zero believability when it comes to emotion.
How comic accurate is her origin and since when does Bruce have cousins? On what side? (I am assuming his mother) Why didn't his uncle take care of him?

What I got from Wikipedia is she's basically the female version of Bruce Wayne/Batman. Wealthy cracka who decides to fight crime in a bat costume.
Also how dumb is the people of Gotham? Their richest and most famous citizen & Superhero happen to disappear at the same time and be gone for the same amount of time. And nobody in that city put 2 n 2 together.

Shits even gets worse in the rebirth detective comics, her pops - fam from Bruce his mothers side- is a military secret opps/pmc General I don't even know what exactly but he literally created an army of Batmen spying and learning from the Bat at some point etc.
He knows Bruce is the Bat, hell everyone and their madres know Bruce is the Bat in the rebirth detective comics lol. Batwoman was a low ranking military soldier with daddy issues before she became Batwoman...
Basically adding the whole Kane family is downgrading Gotham/Bruce Wayne lore imo...same reason why I don't fuck with Batwing, Bat girl etc. The Bat fam ain't were it's at.
Tim Drake coming back from the future as The Bat to kill Batwoman was a good azz storyline though... Detective comics, all star bats and even the regular Batman rebirth have some decent arcs.

The first episode was alright and I'm halfway through ep. 2. This shit is on struggle status so far like Agents of Shield was when it first started.
