I think they were looking for interesting material. They did alotta research for that show. A down low mafia member is not a farfetched storyline. But yes some of the scenes were not needed, however I laughed when he called the dude "Johnycake" for some reason

I have all the seasons on DVD. I got turned off of the show because the disrespect to Black people. I never really went back and rewatched any episodes because of it.

Great show that was a lot more humorous and surreal than I thought it would be

Seasons 6 and 2 were the worst ones and it had great moments

Ending sucked lol
