Actual research and dialogue, I can get behind. Drop them lanks fam. I’m willing to broaden my perspective.


I will say this tho, I’m more concerned about what she intends to do than what she may have done in the past - save for unforgivable racists actions that speak to her character.


I looking through the lens of whether she can win the election and how she would perform the job - less about what I think about her.

There really isn’t much Bill could do there.


He runs a late night comedy show. It’s not his job to fiercely debate her and stop her from interrupting him.


It’s his job to entertain.

She’s too unhinged from Realty:


  • “Russia is not a threat to America”
    • She should glance at the comprehensive assessments of the FBI, CIA, and every official and entity remotely involved in America’s national security

  • “There is no problem with Trump being controlled by a hostile foreign power”

  • “Muller has no evidence of Wrong doing related to Trump and his campaign”
    • (6 indictments and counting)

  • “The southern border is our largest threat to national security”
    • (This one has an encyclopedia of evidence proving it categorically false)

  • “There is nothing wrong with the President of the United States lying constantly to the American people to benefit his self interest”

  • The working class American is losing their job due to Immigration

Yesterday I said he wanted the wall for money for him and his friends.

But

I don’t know why he asked for the wall now even though they had the control for two years.

But taking a look back at Harris’ history, particularly as the California attorney general and San Francisco district attorney, you’ll find an interesting trend.

In 2010, a judge found that then-San Francisco District Attorney Harris’ office violated defendants’ rights by hiding damaging information about a police drug lab technician and was indifferent to demands that it account for its failings. It resulted in over 600 drug cases being dismissed.

However, Harris’ worst indiscretion was her unwillingness to increase government accountability, especially in the wake of multiple fatal shootings of black men across the nation.

During her tenure as California attorney general, her office opposed legislation requiring her office to independently investigate fatal police shootings. She didn't even endorse a statewide mandate of police body cameras.

While she can defend her decisions, it will be hard for her to argue she's a “progressive prosecutor.”

Worst of all, though, is Ms. Harris’s record in wrongful conviction cases. Consider George Gage, an electrician with no criminal record who was charged in 1999 with sexually abusing his stepdaughter, who reported the allegations years later. The case largely hinged on the stepdaughter’s testimony and Mr. Gage was convicted.

Afterward, the judge discovered that the prosecutor had unlawfully held back potentially exculpatory evidence, including medical reports indicating that the stepdaughter had been repeatedly untruthful with law enforcement. Her mother even described her as “a pathological liar” who “lives her lies.”

In 2015, when the case reached the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in San Francisco, Ms. Harris’s prosecutors defended the conviction. They pointed out that Mr. Gage, while forced to act as his own lawyer, had not properly raised the legal issue in the lower court, as the law required.

The appellate judges acknowledged this impediment and sent the case to mediation, a clear signal for Ms. Harris to dismiss the case. When she refused to budge, the court upheld the conviction on that technicality. Mr. Gage is still in prison serving a 70-year sentence.

That case is not an outlier. Ms. Harris also fought to keep Daniel Larsen in prison on a 28-year-to-life sentence for possession of a concealed weapon even though his trial lawyer was incompetent and there was compelling evidence of his innocence. Relying on a technicality again, Ms. Harris argued that Mr. Larsen failed to raise his legal arguments in a timely fashion. (This time, she lost.)

She also defended Johnny Baca’s conviction for murder even though judges found a prosecutor presented false testimony at the trial. She relented only after a video of the oral argument received national attention and embarrassed her office.

And then there’s Kevin Cooper, the death row inmate whose trial was infected by racism and corruption. He sought advanced DNA testing to prove his innocence, but Ms. Harris opposed it. (After The New York Times’s exposé of the case went viral, she reversed her position.)

All this is a shame because the state’s top prosecutor has the power and the imperative to seek justice. In cases of tainted convictions, that means conceding error and overturning them. Rather than fulfilling that obligation, Ms. Harris turned legal technicalities into weapons so she could cement injustices.

This ain't the 1st time Bill has dealt wit her. So I'm pretty sure he knew what to expect. He knew how she is, and just let her ramble.

Why engage wit someone like, when you can just let them make a fool of themselves. Give her enough rope to hang herself wit.

FACT: Kamala Harris has been a part of law enforcement.



Let’s follow the logical conclusion of your inference.


ALL cops are inherently horrible people who want to murder all blacks.


Anyone who spent any time in law enforcement only has this singular purpose


As a result, it follows that every law enforcement agency and every law enforcement professional in the United States should be abolished and removed, respectively; simply on principle.


We need a country without law enforcement.


I’m assuming you find this conclusion ridiculous. If you don’t then we may not have much to discuss ...


If we agree that law enforcement should exist in society, and that every human being that dawns a uniform is not a racist animal who wishes to harm black people - How then do you propose we change a truly broken system?


By electing officials who have no understanding of how that system works, nor the credibility or experience to coalesce the chambers of Congress towards affecting meaningful change?


Or electing a minority who has the both the perspective of a high ranking official in law enforcement and that if a minority witnessing the numerous ways the system needs to be fixed.


Why don’t we actually listen to what she has to say and her stance on the issues as well as assessing her level of sincerity before we pre-judge her based on a political meme.


Russia hand picked our current president because we failed to think beyond the jaded message offered in a single frame of a smartphone.

No one finds it odd how all this shyt is comin out AFTER she officially announced she was runnin? How hard they're tryin to persuade people...especially black folks from supporting her?
