I haven't seen anything about DC comics being split up. I've seen a bunch about WB games being split up though

It's a merger of HBO Max, DC comics, and Discovery+ as far as I've been seeing

Discovery and WB now own DC properties that includes the games division AND the comics. People are worried because they might just close the comic division,and as far as the games,Netherrealm, Rocksteady and others are under WB games so people don't know if there'll be more Arkham games or Mortal Kombat

It is a major thing. Government could interfere like they did in the last big company merger IIRC
