out of 470,000 ppl who attended Sturgis last year, less than 500 were infected and 1 death. Not really a surge…
 
If you work in a hospital and refuse a flu shot, you have to be masked during the whole flu season. Just implement masks again. Everyone did it for over a year… they’ll be ok doing it again
 
Masks might not be 100% effective but they stop a majority of shit coming out of your mouth and nose. Nothing more disgusting than someone coughing and you can feel the air shift, which means that cough breath is in the open and gonna land on people.
 
I'm this close to wishing ill will on people who are against the vaccine. I honestly don't think that makes me a bad person either.

One of the biggest problems we have in this country is dumbass people thinking that their dumbass opinions and statements should be treated equally. Dumb shit should always be called out.

Minnesota which is not even where the Sturgis rally is held had an outbreak that was caused by people who attended Sturgis. It didn't just effect South Dakota. People from all over the country came there and went back home. Just like Spring Break in Florida last year.
 
As much as people say they don’t trust the experts, every single time they’ve predicted a surge it happened. I remember last year when we had that lull they said we’d be at over 100k cases per day in the fall. I was like, bullshit! Then that shit happened.

So when they say the shit is getting bad, maybe these dumb ass governors should listen.
 
My son was in this school district last year. I have since moved and I am in a different school district. Not because of this though. I struggle with this whole thing. I really want people to be able to do what they want. "Can't we all just get along" if you want your kid to wear a mask then have them do it, if it's too difficult to mandate masks because kids are kids and they will take them off then don't. There really imo is not one answer for everyone. There is a group of people who won't agree with every decision.

Why stress yourself about what other people are doing when the vaccine isn't slowing transmission? I don't understand the need to attack anyone. It's weird to me. It's not making you sicker.
