Its one thing to still have 2k+ deaths a day, since the people dying today are the ones that got sick 3-4 weeks ago.
Whats fucked up though is still seeing 30k+ new cases per day. Thats the part thats scary. About 2 weeks ago they told us we reached the worst part and we were at the point where cases were going to go down. And then it started going down for 2-3 days, then went back up to 30k+ for a few days. And then it started going down again for a few days, got down to aboug 25k cases a day, and now the last few days we had 31k and 32k.
