HIPAA refers to medical providers and sensitive personal information, it doesn't have anything to do with filming in a hospital or medical setting. They could say "you're violating HIPAA we need you to stop filming" but technically it wouldn't be correct.

There's actually no national law in regards to filming or recording in a hospital. Each hospital has to come up with their own policy on the matter.

However, since hospitals are private property that's where filming gets tricky. Then you're subject to "all party" jurisdiction where everyone filmed has to consent.

There's a difference.

Nah bruh. This whole shit is fake. There is no sickness. Its all a conspiracy and somehow all healthcare workers, from doctors, to nurses, to lab technicians, to IT departments at hospitals, to janitors are all in on it.
