The official COVID-19/Coronavirus Discussion Thread...aka I hope I don't get the Rona

if my employers dont allow us two - four weeks paid sick time come thurs im quitting. putting all my organizer work on hold besides making sure ppl have food. i have enough money saved up to last me for awhile. americans are dense asf and at this point we r underestimating the severity of the situation


 
It's a projected contraction toll of 70-150 mil which is overzealous. I highly doubt yall have more than 100,000 contract it and lose more than 10k if that. But niggas do need to check themselves. Stop going out and about when it's not a necessity and keep your kids at home for the next month or so. China has relatively beat it or at least has it trending down within 2 months. I think by end of April it becomes like any other super flu. By flu shot season in the fall they'll have a vaccine.
 
and i know i probably sound like a nut or a tin foil hat weirdo but im deadass. countless ppl r going to die from this shit. i give it 11 - 15 days before hospitals in america are ransacked with sick ppl ranging in all ages

sit your asses down somewhere. i may not like the majority of u but i dont want any of u to die or lose ur parents. do what you can.

i felt the same way, “no big deal” “the numbers are skewed” but after reading whats going on, shits about to get real. america has done nothing to protect its citizens. hardly anyone has been tested.

my friends are partying on south beach, turning up at the bar in NY, catching flights to houston, LA and im just like aint nothing worth my life. not a drink, not a check. i also refuse to put other ppl in danger

We open 5 nights a week. We'll throw events if the money makes sense.

The poker game runs all day sometimes if theres enough action but we don't do any parties during the day cause we got businesses and above store apartments on both sides. One of them likes to complain but she at least calls us directly if theres a problem instead of calling the cops.
Dude across the street already snitched tho. Cops tried to hem me up a month ago when I was leaving one morning but I politely told them to go fuck their hats.
