Also, you are ignoring the FACT that Trump has not gained popularity outside of his base. The same base that was not as popular as Democrats in 2016 and 2020.

Democrats are a passive, apolitical, faceless big tent group that uses minority causes and celebrities to put on a veneer of a political body.

You can't point to a Democrat Project 2025.

Republicans vote for a transformational political project, Democrats vote out of fear of being part of one.
