Yea maybe...Ole sees him everyday on the training pitch so maybe.

His best performances for us are not as a 10. I’ll say no more.

I think the situation surrounding gattuso right now isn't good. They both are not push overs but juve just look extremely solid in defence now

His player profile contradicts the way Ole sets the team up.

He relies on 1-2 touch passing, off-the-ball movement and 'final third' composure; that requires him to be playing in a cohesive, fluid system that uses technical players, who can also retain the ball adequately.

He's shown to be an intelligent player but it's much difficult to make good decisions without familiarity/matchday experience with your teammates, whilst also making sporadic appearances.

If Solskjaer stays (sigh.. hope not), the club would be smart to sell him in the summer. Even if he became a starter, his style of play contradicts Fernandes' directness and he'll be starting deeper, so he'd get fewer opportunities to make those ghosting runs into the box (which he likes to do), otherwise Maguire and co would be exposed (more than they already are).

Then put him in Fred's position.....he'll have more freedom to control the ball from a deeper position- like Pogba....
