That is when they were still using cd's. Now it is all online. They have an app to where you can do it offline as well. But languages dont change so what you have should still be good. Assuming the license codes still work

When I was using it, a lot of the stuff stuck with me. I would try to watch a spanish show and was able to pick up basic words. It works, you just have to constantly practice it until it becomes normal for you

Get you some Spanish language TV shows and music you like.

Get you a Spanish grammar book.

Find Spanish language websites you like.

Find a Spanish speaker that you wish to emulate.

That's how you get out of the beginner stage. Like once you able to translate sentences in your head via reading, the next stage is getting yourself able to think in Spanish and comprehend spoken Spanish intuitively and stop translating.

People spread that myth that learning languages is easier as a baby because they got the innate ability to understand languages or some shit.

That ain't true. It takes like 15 years for a kid to become a native level speaker and that's going to school and probably only spending 1 hour of learning your own native language and nobody really teaching you the ends and out of the language.

Learning a language as an adult is easier because of you have the motivation. Adults find if hard to tolerate not understanding shit, so they stick in the kiddie pool. You already got a fuck ton of have resources at your finger tips that kids don't have.

It'll take a year to be conversational in Spanish if you go about it the right way. I always say jump into watching native TV and music even if you don't understand it.

You'll brain will pick out words if you stay dedicated to learning vocabulary.

Oh I know. That is what i did. I immersed myself with things in spanish. In regards to the tutor, rossetta has something similar. I never fell into the myth that it is easy. Depends how much you practice. With any online program, you should also use other resources if you want to be fluent.
