Some of the coaches in our organization reached out to me after summer conditioning and put me in contact with a few track organizations and want him to maybe train with them so he can compete all over the state.

I wonder where you go to even practice for that. It would be fun just to go fly around one of the tracks for recreation.

My brother used to build and race them some years back not sure if he's still doing it.

To help with explosiveness and stamina he should try the 200. Just explosiveness and burst instead he should do the 100.
