That scam been around for 10+ years like since Craigslist was still a thing. Used to see it on there all the time. They take pictures of a place from another ad then hit you with a can't miss price.

The worst part is that someone who's down bad, needs a place and can't afford to lose that money is the most susceptible to getting caught slipping by that one.

If it seems too good to be true then it is. Always gotta operate under those terms when renting.
