I was gonna go Clam digging next weekend, but i just found out they the place to go called "Clam Gulch" is apparently out of clams. Hopefully there are some clams swimming or whatever it is they do on their way over there so i can catch and eat them bastards one day.

Yesterday, i took a gigantic pablano pepper and cut it in half length wise and seeded it. Then i cooked up some ground beef with Taco seasoning then let it cool down. Then i mixed the beef w/ Cream cheese and cheddar cheese and scooped it into the 2 halves of pablano pepper. Then i wrapped them both in bacon and baked them.

One was much more filling than i thought, so i saved the other. Then when i work up this morning i heated the leftover in the oven and fried an egg and put that on top of it and holy shit it was good.
