I don't even think it's that, you don't really need numbers to dominate a population when you got all the money and all the guns and occupy key seats in government.
Like weird White supremacists on 4chan may worry about shit like that but not the average conservative.
I think it's this crazy ass personal responsibility ethos, matched with this ridiculous notion of state's rights.
They really believe it's a woman's responsibility to bear children if she happens to get pregnant. Then they believe that the federal government shouldn't tell them what to do but their backwards ass state should decide what's legal and what's not.
It's basically the same argument and thinking that made the South fight the civil war.

It's about both. They do want and need their numbers and all the other numbers up. Black people dominate the culture no matter what we do or where we are for the most part. They want to copy us and then push us out but Capitalism works because there is always a generation at the bottom to pass the bag of shit too. The growth rate in California is at -.5 percent right now. This means more people are dying faster than they are being born. No workers to work the lowest paying jobs means that the family owned business millionaires don't get to make or keep as much money. As an example, any Factory Farm Chicken, beef, or turkey company can't give away 80,000 turkeys at thanksgiving unless they have workers. They can't put their name on buildings or buy jerseys for the local little league team. What happens when factory food people can't supply food to the grocery store or restaurants. Prices go up and/or people grow hungry. What happens when people get hungry? They go in to survival mode...what happens when you have a bunch of people in survival mode only? total fucking chaos. Rioting, looting, protests, hunger games and Gilead type shit. Our economic system isn't set up for people to freely make the decision to just not have kids anymore.
The baby boom happened because younger women left the workforce after the war and the men got back to have kids. Everyone collectively had faith that their economic prospects looked good. What do you think they are trying to do now? Once a man knocks her up then traditionally she will leave the workforce to raise the child and as long as its affordable then continue to have more children and so on and so forth.
If this doesn't work, our modified version capitalism will fail and we will be forced to adopt another economic system such as communism or socialism in order to have a functioning society for the people that are left.
