TL:DW - It seems he was right before. The cop did know Floyd, and there is no evidence that Floyd was the one that passed the counterfeit bill so they might have the wrong guy. Beau says the charges are bullshit. He said, if they were going to charge him with manslaughter, that should have been done day 1 because that much is obvious.
