Should Chris Brown’s payments be raised because his BM wants to take their child to Six Flags?

lol How ya'll even know he want full custody? Having a child with you as the primary provider has a major impact on your life. There is a reason these niggas don't even fight for custody. Most of them are more than happy to pick their kids up when they feel like it and pay the BM to do most of the child rearing.

A lot of dudes don't try because they feel as if they're not going to get it. They're defeated before they even get to the courtroom thanks to the last 40-some odd years of courts automatically awarding custody to the mother with complete disregard to the father.

I agree that he should try to get full custody. If he's worried about the girl being spoiled by getting everything she could ever want (a legit concern) he has the ability to regulate that under his roof.

That's certainly true for the average Joe, but we're talking about millionaires here. If they really wanted those kids, they could get them in most cases.

That's what CB's lawyers have laid out: Not only does she NOT pay any of her own bills out of her own pocket, but above and beyond that after it's all paid she STILL has a surplus of over $6000 in hand left over.
