Thank y'all for further informing meIt was this one and that has no bearing on this case as the kid was 16. In FL, to be eligible for permitless carry you have to be 21. Further, the age for possession of a firearm in FL is 18. Only under very specific circumstances can someone under 18, have a gun in their possession, whether long gun or handgun and, again, none of that applies here.
Kid was 16 with a gun, therefore a criminal that ignores the law. To even attempt to draw a parallel between permitless carry and this case is intellectually dishonest.
