Welcome To aBlackWeb

OPINION oh boy here we go again

*rubs temples*

pls explain to me how capitalism has brought Black ppl up?

explain it to me how you would explain it to a 5 yr old....

so is this when I'm supposed to use ur tactic

and deflect by recommending u to just educate urself and read some books ??

u need to offer what u believe is a better alternative so I can fill in the gaps

vs. me dropping a thesis that will go over ur head

I have no problem with her taking him out, as long as it isn't a regular occurrence.

He's a become a producer and school system is geared towards creating workers, not producers.

I can't recall checking for a wedding ring... Regardless it wouldn't have given me a definite answer to her relationship status.

Just 'cause her partner wasn't there, doesn't mean there isn't one.

I didn't assume, you shouldn't either.

agreed

I'm more disagreeing with the concept of her taking a 9yr old to an event like that by herself

she may be actually in a fruitful relationship

but IMO an event like that should have both parents there.............but I'm not knocking her for doing what she thinks is good for her child

that's why I said I was conflicted cuz I see negatives along with the obvious positives

This is corruption not capitalism. In other words there's no way around survival of the fittest playing itself out with humans regardless of the system. You're never going to see everyone end up with the same wealth and resources allowing things to even out naturally. Nature's going to have it's haves and have nots. And if you think resources and power is schewed under capitalist system. Let's see what socialism and communism look like with all this gov intervention and control and 'evening out' of the playing field.

capitalism is extremely corrupt tho

And the woman selling durags is fair game by the way. Niggas love to find a reason to complain about an individual finding a legitimate avenue to some resources smh. Niggas programmed to love poverty and embrace peasantry on some poor righteous teachers type shit lol. I'ma have to pass bro

you kind of reaching here bro. Wanting a more even playing field does not mean a person endorse poverty. But poverty as we all know comes from lack of resources. People shouldn’t die because they can’t afford to go to the doctor or lose their job because of it.

the fact yall r still championing capitalism after watching the u.s almost collapse a few months ago is mind-boggling

not to mention they gave yall $1200 to survive off during a national pandemic :/

the 1% are lining their pockets with your money and u still on this bitch talking about “capitalism good, distributing goods and services equitably bad”

but a lot of folks idea of liberation is just having the ability to do what colonizers do and nothing to do with actual “freedom”

anyways, im curious as to what people believe capitalism is ????? in relation to what capitalism promises them????

especially concerning workers who under capitalism, have nothing to sale but their labor & those who own means of production barely provide means of subsistence to workers.

Thread is invalid cuz I’m pretty sure t/s owns a pair of Nike or Jordan sneakers

listen, hating capitalism doesn't mean hating everything that's produced under it. it means that the people doing the production itself should get their fair share, instead of billions being funneled upwards to people who produce nothing but own everything.

So I got a question is capitalism the best economic system for us? Haven’t a lot of us suffered because of capitalism. Like the whole for profit prisons locking us out of job and under paying people and all that. Outside of shawty selling du-rags. I think it’s perfectly fine to judge capitalism for it’s obvious issues. Didn’t @Big Lurko make a whole thread about growing up poor in America.

yall still punching down

i hate to speak ill of liberals all the time but yall are really fucking predictable

thats why i say read a book or just cuss yall niggas out because debating and trying to educate grown ass men and women who made their “mind up” on subjects they havent studied in depth is so damn frustrating

but is the underlined solely capitalism's fault tho? or is it human nature?

nothing says that people have to be in this situation

especially when participating in capitalism gives u the opportunity to better address these problems

im confused like literally every problem we have in this country is money related and capitalism endorses that. And most of us ain’t rich. And judging capitalism don’t mean you want a handout this is weird

you said that Black ppl have “prospered” under capitalism

what are your examples??

but is the underlined solely capitalism's fault tho? or is it human nature?

lol but if we forget the obvious proof the game is rigged. You think people just broke because they lazy?

in one thread whining about police repression and in another thread championing the sys that sustains it

lmao well alrighty then

how does “participating” in capitalism afford ppl better access to healthcare? when countless americans work and still cant afford hospital bills or co pays

you said that Black ppl have “prospered” under capitalism

what are your examples??

I never said "prospered"

I said "brought people up"

there is a difference................

however the quality of life for everyone has vastly improved under capitalism

and property rights being a foundation for capitalism is what has allowed black people to choose to live the way they want

Race and hellboy is the woat tag team.
