According to Cassidy Haynes of BodySlam.net, sources told him that Riddle was suspended for a drug test failure during the summer and that’s why his match against Seth Rollins was postponed until Clash at the Castle. Haynes noted the following…

“I was able to confirm that the reason that WWE wrote Riddle of TV is because he has failed another drug test and will be sent to rehab. The belief going around is that he has already entered treatment, or will be going in soon as most programs run for 30 days and he would need to be finished in time for his return in six weeks.”

Haynes added that WWE no longer tests for marijuana and but didn’t note what exactly caused the failed test.

Riddle is not a young talent either, so it's not as if he's going to have these sort of opportunities for years to come. I'm going to assume it's pain killers though.

Vice TV will premiere their Nine Lives of Vince McMahon documentary tonight at 9 PM Eastern.

Promotional material for the film notes, "Despite lawsuits, allegations, scandal and controversy, Vince McMahon has dominated the world of wrestling for over 40 years, turning it into a multibillion-dollar global empire."

Vince McMahon, the majority owner and former chief executive of World Wrestling Entertainment Inc., is facing legal demands from two women who allege that he sexually assaulted them, according to internal documents and people familiar with the legal negotiations.

In a Nov. 3 demand letter to Mr. McMahon’s representative, a lawyer for former wrestling referee Rita Chatterton asked for $11.75 million in damages after she publicly accused Mr. McMahon three decades ago of raping her in a limousine. Mr. McMahon has long denied the allegations. The demand letter was reviewed by The Wall Street Journal.
