They could be on the same tear the Uso's been on....and could be feuding with Sasha and Naomi right fucking now....as they use Naomi being Jay's wife as part of the story line.

true, they did acknowledge it. If they were gonna add her tho it probably would of been best to do it back then. I just dont think shes a good fit for the stable at all. she would of been more suited for THB
As far as this goes idk. I guess they could of addressed it but im not sure what he could of done since Sonya had the power to fire them. It kinda would of thrown off the story for what he had goin on with Reigns

While it could make sense to have Jax and Tamina apart of bloodline, they are not the best wrestlers or that great at being a draw. They would need a mouthpiece, unlike the Usos who can speak on their own, especially Jey, he could lowkey carry himself in singles. The Bloodline are supposed to be mainevent caliber performers, not simply family. Jax and Tamina aren't anything to write home about when it comes to in-ring action.
I know Naomi has a fanbase, but she is a sort of bland despite her colors and energy. Though I still believe WWE has been criminal in their use of her. She is too athletic and tries too hard to stand out for them to not use her more. AEW is about to mess around and have the best black female talent assembled and it will be something no promotion has ever had. Tony Khan is praying WWE releases Sasha and Naomi.

She don't gotta wrestle. Just put her w/ the Usos like she was in the beginning and give her matches from time to time. I know she trash in the ring but that's where we use the story to protect her. Have Reigns go behind her back and tell the Usos that they need to ensure that she not out there making the family look bad. Then they can cause distractions or w/e to make sure she winning the matches that she do have.
It protects tamina and it adds another layer to the story
So no Universal title match and no WWE title match for HIAC but hey give the guy who will be missing ppv's both titles

So that leaves a match wit MAYBE wit Riddle. Don't see that happening. But if it does...it definitely won't be for the title. And if it is...you already know Riddle ain't winning it.
Now who else? No one. So why bother having him compete in HIAC for no reason? Especially when it's right around the corner? You want him to have a match just to have one? Doesn't make sense.
Best bet...let that feud b/t him and Randy simmer until MITB or SS (which I see the likely choice). Bigger stage.
